"He's Coming Back!"

Five years after Nancy Thompson barely escaped the clutches of the evil Fred Krueger, Jesse Walsh and his family moved onto Elm Street. His father got a really great deal on the house, and it seemed like the perfect thing for the family. What he neglected to inform his family, however, was that they were moving into the Thompson house, the site of all the terror and craziness from five years earlier.

Jesse moved into Nancy's old room, and despite the insomnia and the nightmares of a burned man with a red and green sweater and floppy hat, Jesse's father was convinced that there was nothing wrong with the house.

As Jesse pleads with his family that something is seriously wrong, he is confronted in his nightmare by the evil man himself, Freddy Krueger. Krueger says that he "needs" Jesse, and that "we got special work to do, you and me."

Scared out of his mind, Jesse's girlfriend, Lisa Webber, tries to figure out what is wrong. However, Jesse is terrified to tell anyone. He's afraid that if he tells her or anyone else what's wrong, that they will think he is crazy.

Then, one day when Lisa was helping Jesse unpack in his room, they uncover the diary of Nancy Thompson, and begin to read about Fred Krueger and his nightmarish "steel claws." It is then that Jesse realizes that Freddy Krueger is the one responsible for all his trauma, and he's not sure how to deal with it. Even after visiting the very factory where Krueger worked, Jesse is still searching for answers.

That night, Jesse, still unable to sleep, goes out onto the town, and accidentally wanders into a gay bar, where he meets up with his hated gym teacher, Coach Schneider. Schneider stops Jesse from drinking underage, and takes him to the gym for his punishment- endless laps around the gymnasium.

After he is through, Jesse goes into the shower, and things begin to go haywire. Schneider is "attacked" by his sports equipment, and dragged into the shower next to Jesse. There, he is stripped down and tied to the shower, at the mercy of this mysterious killer. Then, right before Jesse's eyes, Schneider is butchered by a maniac with a claw. Because the steam from the hot shower filled the room, Jesse was unable to see who the killer was. However, when the smoke cleared, it was Jesse who was wearing the claw. Freaked out, Jesse fled to the streets, where he was picked up by the police and returned home. His parents then begin to wonder if he is on drugs or had been drinking, which Jesse vehemently denies.

The next day, Jesse and Lisa arrive at school to discover that "someone offed Schneider." Shocked that his nightmare was true, Jesse becomes very reclusive, pushing away all those who care about him, including Lisa. In the meantime, Lisa and her friends are planning a huge party at her house, and Jesse decides to go.

At the party, Lisa and Jesse get really close, and begin to get intimate in the pool cabana, when all of the sudden, Jesse feels really sick and leaves. Lisa blames herself, and goes to discuss it with her friends.

Meanwhile, Jesse flees to his friend Grady's bedroom, where he is just about to go to sleep. He asks Grady if he can stay with him tonight, and if Grady would wake him up if anything was strange with his sleep. Grady agrees, but falls asleep as well. Again, Jesse awakes suddenly, and this time a figure begins to emerge from within him. Grady then wakes up and watches horrified as the evil Freddy Krueger emerges from Jesse's body, reborn. Grady tries to escape, but is killed by Freddy. Then, with police arriving, Freddy disappears, and again leaves Jesse wearing his glove. Freaked out even more, Jesse again flees.

Back at the party, Lisa, discouraged, decides to go find Jesse-- when he shows up at the door covered in blood. He tries to explain to her what is going on, and she tells him to "fight it." However, Jesse again begins to feel sick, and knowing what is about to happen, warns Lisa to get out of there. Determined to help her boyfriend, Lisa stays, and soon finds herself face-to-face with Freddy Krueger, in Jesse's body.

But, when Freddy gets Lisa in his grasp, Jesse, still fighting inside, spares her, and crashes out into the pool area, where the party was going on. Some of the people try to help, but Freddy goes on a rampage, slaughtering many of them before leaving the area.

Lisa, still determined to save her boyfriend, follows him to the only place she thought he would go-- the factory where Krueger used to work-- the factory where he used to take his kids and kill them.

Would Lisa be able to save Jesse, or would Freddy Krueger take over Jesse's body permanently, and wreaking more havoc on the kids of Elm Street?
